This website was created to provide information to our residents, a place for easy access to all things about our community, including the governing documents, useful contact information, a place to pay your assessments online, rules and guidelines as well as forms needed if you want to pursue any exterior projects.
Important Information: Rhodes Landing is a deed restricted community. It is very important for owners to familiarize themselves with the requirements of the governing documents including the Architectural Control provisions of those documents. All exterior projects must be approved prior to starting. The restrictions speak to the "lot" which means the entire lot not just the front yard or areas that can be seen or not seen from the street. Patios, swimming pools, fences, decks, pergolas, all things exterior require prior approval before beginning. Check the Architectural Control tab for guidelines, forms, etc.
Once you register as an owner you will be able to access the community's information and take advantage of paying your assessment online. When paying your assessments online please refer to the information sent to you by mail which will provide the management company id, and the information specific to your property including your individual customer id.
